How do we collect Data from our customers?
Information is collected and stored usually at the first point of contact, either by the various businesses that we work for or from the customers themselves.
What do we do with the data that is collected?
Generally, we store data in emails that have been collected through conversations with our customers. The data usually consists of names, telephone numbers, email addresses and home addresses.
How is your information used?
The information that we store is only used to contact you, or it will be passed onto any third party that is acting on our behalf or works closely with us. For example, if you have verbally asked us to get another trade to contact you then we may supply them with your name, number and email address. Data collected is also used for the test reports and certificates that are required by law when we complete works on your property. Copies of these certificates are held securely on our own storage facility and also by our governing body, NICEIC. Your information will never be passed to any other third party without your consent.
How safe is the information that we hold?
The information that we hold is stored on servers - Although we take security very seriously, there is no guarantee that the system will never be breached. In the event of any such breach, please be assured that we will investigate the situation and will notify any individuals whose data may be compromised.

The right to be informed
You have a right to know what we are doing with your data - why we are keeping it and who we share it with.
The right to access
You have a right to access all your personal data that we hold, by law we have to supply it within one month.
The right of rectification
You have the right to ask us to rectify inaccurate personal data that we hold.
The right of erasure
You have the right to ask us to completely erase all data that we hold of you.
The right to object
You have a right to object to how your data is used by ourselves.
